Where we ship
- United States only (no international shipping at this time).
Costs & thresholds
- Free standard shipping on orders $35+ (after discounts, before tax, single destination).
- Orders under $35 ship at calculated rates shown at checkout.
Processing & fulfillment
- Coffee is roasted to order and fulfilled by our partner Temecula Coffee Roasters.
- Most orders ship within [1–3] business days after roast/processing. During holidays, allow extra time.
Carriers & tracking
- We use common US carriers. You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Delivery issues
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with household members and neighbors, then contact us within 7 days at [email protected].
- Weather and carrier delays are outside our control, but we’ll help troubleshoot.
Address accuracy
- Please review your shipping address carefully. If an address is incorrect, we can reship once corrected; additional shipping charges may apply.
Multiple items
- Orders may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost.
