These Terms govern your use of kohi.club and purchases from Kohi Club.

1. Orders & Payment

All prices are in USD and exclude taxes/shipping unless stated. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your payment method. We may cancel/refund orders in cases like suspected fraud or stock/errors.

2. Shipping & Delivery (summary)

We currently ship within the United States only. Free standard shipping on orders $35+ (after discounts, before tax). Orders are roasted/fulfilled and shipped by our partner Temecula Coffee Roasters. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. See our full Shipping & Delivery policy for details.

3. Returns & Refunds (summary)

Coffee is perishable and not returnable. If we make a mistake, we replace it at no cost. If there’s a customer/address error, replacements are available at customer cost. For carrier/no-fault issues, we share responsibility. See our full Returns & Refunds policy.

4. Subscriptions

If you enroll, you agree to recurring charges until you cancel before renewal. You can manage/cancel under My Account. Details will be in our Subscription Terms.

5. User Accounts

Keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, logos, and product designs are owned by Kohi Club or its licensors. No license is granted except to use the site to shop.

7. Reviews & Content

By posting reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use them on our site and marketing channels.

8. Disclaimers

Products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kohi Club will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Kohi Club against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue: King/WA courts.

12. Changes

We may update Terms; continued use after posting means acceptance.
